Jewels for a Princess (Disney Princess) (Step into Reading) Paperback – July 24, 2012

I ordered this for my daughter for christmas and I am quite happy with it! I like that the stories are starting to also feature the newer princesses like Rapunzel and Tiana because my daughter has very little interest in Snow White, Aurora or Cinderella. This is another great short story for little princess fans :)

My daughter just love the story and wants to hear over and over! I very happy because it came perfect condition in the packing. It came in when it was stated it was coming.

My princess-crazy niece is starting to read; I thought this Step Into Reading book would encourage her. But the story is plotless and repetitive. After one read together (which we barely got through) she tossed it. Vocabulary is too simplistic, even for a beginner's book, and there isn't a thing in it to make a kid laugh. Seems like it was composed by a computer -- not a s scintilla of heart or surprise. If you want to buy a great book for kids, may I suggest the paperback "Stop That Pickle!" I bought it for her when she was 4 and now she can pretty much read it herself which she does, over and over. It's everything this book is not.

This book was more of a 1 depending on your child and his or her reading level. My 4 year old was able to read straight through this book the first time she opened it. However, it was a good book and was not as easily read by my 3 year old.

Very good book! One of my 3 year olds favorites! She can practically read it herself! Great for a quick bedtime read!! Recommended for the Disney Princess enthusiast in your life.

I bought this book as a gift for the little girl I care for so I have only read it once myself. She seems to enjoy reading it herself very much!

My daughter adores this book and after just a few reads, she's reading it to me from memory.

This isn't a story. It is just random pages about different characters that have some connection to jewels. Bit of a waste of money as my daughter can't understand it. Most of these reading level books are good but not this.
