Everything is wrong!1. Amazon Plastic is already open/ ripped2. It is not as described- The brand is not COMFIER! It is a CHEAP generic scalp massager.3. Missing parts! No massage cluster/knead and no charger- no way to even try if this works.4. I ordered white, and they sent me pink!It is ultimately a waste of money.
