I got these Nutricost Melatonin 5mg, 240 Fast Dissolve Tablets (Mixed Berry Flavor) - Non-GMO, Gluten Free in recently and they work good.I’ve has capsules with melatonin and I’ve had gummies with melatonin but I’ve never had any that dissolve like this. The have 5 mg of melatonin and nothing else. They dissolve well I held one under my tongue for about a minute and it was almost completely gone and I just swallowed the rest. They kinda chalky but they don't taste bad.The bottle is study and is sealed air tight, this is a must for me because I like to know nothing has been tampered with. These come with a great amount of servings. 240 so they definitely give you a lot. I took this and I feel asleep in about 45 mins but everyone is different and this may work better for you then it did me and it did help me some.Overall it dissolves good and works well.I would recommend it

These Nutricost Melatonin 5mg sublingual tablets work quite well. I've suffered from insomnia due to PTSD for many years, and I'd rather take melatonin than a prescription. My preferred dosage is 3 mg, but I had never tried sublingual tablets and wanted to see if they work better.I found that it takes a bit longer than 30 seconds for them to dissolve, especially if you don't produce a lot of saliva. The taste is quite sweet and fruity, and they are a bit chalky, but for their intended use, the taste is very tolerable, as they do help me get a better night's sleep.I usually have to take it about an hour before bedtime, because it takes my body longer for medications to work. Once it kicks in, there's not much I can do except to go to sleep.You get a lot for your money, and the price point is very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone who suffers from insomnia.

I've tried lots of natural sleep aids. You name it, I've tried it. I have a hard time falling asleep, and more often than not, I need melatonin if I'm going to get any sleep at all. Many sleep aids have multiple herbs and supplements, but this is just plain and simple melatonin. Each tablet is 5mg, and there are supposedly 240 tablets in the bottle. That is a fairly decent amount for the cost.The taste is nothing fancy, and it's not gross. It kind of tastes like... nothing. It has a faint and vaguely fruity flavor. The directions say to dissolve the tablet on your tongue, but it is not difficult to chew at all. It still took me a little while to fall asleep, even after I chewed up 2 tablets, so you'll probably want to take it about 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Impressive. I have dry mouth problems so it took longer to dissolve for me and a bit of drinking water helped. It does taste good, especially for medicine. Even my teen liked the taste. It is chalky, but that's expected and not terrible.I found it did make me drowsy, and with setting the right conditions, enough to fall asleep. My daughter who is an insomniac with nightmares and does NOT prepare for bed as I say, complained it didn't work. Your mileage may vary.There's so many in the bottle, it'll last us quite a long time and I'll happily buy it again.

I have been taking 3 to 5 mg melatonin each night for the last 25 years. The price keeps getting lower. This is a low price for 240 tablets of 5 mg. And the icing on the cake is that they are designed to be dissolved under the tongue. Take 1/2 hour before you go to bed and have an OK taste in your mouth before bed. I don't find the sublingual (under the tongue, usually liquid in an eye dropper, but this is also) products to be any more effective than tablets. Usually sublinguals are 5x the price. This would be great for kids if you are one of those parents who give this drug / hormone to kids as I understand parents do now. It stuff is safer than Nyquil.
