Great free standing flagpole!
I needed a new flagpole and I saw this one that goes into the ground. I've always wanted a free standing flagpole but the amount of work involved with installing the 30 ft poles was intimidating. This one looked like more like something I could do myself. The pole was very simple to put screw together. I attached the new flag I ordered on Amazon, as well as the solar light at the top of the poleI screwed the side spike into the middle hole as my ground is compacted. It is strange that the instructions didn't mention the second set of spikes and there wasn't a hole to secure them. But, it was not an issue. I simply placed them in top of the other spike and tightened the screw. It was easy to pound the pipe and spikes into the ground using a rubber mallet.I then screwed in the top part of the pole with the flag and light attached. The pole feels very secure and I am not concerned about it coming loose or falling.I'm very impressed with this flag pole! Our flag looks so majestic and shows my American pride so nicely! God Bless America!

Sturdy and durable!
The media could not be loaded. I was worried about the durability of this. Shortly after purchasing it and getting my flag up, we had a decent storm. It stormed several days in a row with high winds and really heavy rain. The flagpole held up well! I am impressed and have purchased a second one for camp! This product is unique. I can't find any other freestanding flagpole that has four support prongs like this one does. I definitely recommend this! ***Updating this after 4 1/2 months. I actually bought a second flagpole and used two segments to make the original one higher. It's been through some sturdy winds. It bends but pops right back into place on its own. I'm definitely impressed with how it's held up. The only complaint I have is the rings. They do not swivel as they should. As you can see in the photo that I added. The flag is wrapping around the pole. It does this intermittently and sometimes the rings work. Maybe adding some oil to it would help. I do plan on getting a permanent flagpole with a wider diameter and put it deeper into the ground. I will use this one for camp. It will definitely hold up for a week camping if it's held up for for 4 months in a couple of wind storms.

A couple simple modifications made it sturdier
The media could not be loaded. We get major wind storms here and can’t have a flag mounted on our house, it would likely rip the stucco right off the wall. This was a good alternative, although it’s kinda flimsy, so to make it sturdy enough I left out one of the rods (you screw several together to construct the pole) and pounded a metal stake (rebar pin) into the ground then put this flag pole over it, then hammered the pole into the ground—used a rubber mallet. It held and flew the flag well.We have rebar pins left over from concrete work in our backyard, but you can get a them from Lowe’s, Home Depo, Etc for about $7. I’d suggest using one if you’re concerned about the stability of this flag pole (or if you have hard ground.)We’re all set for our patriotic holidays (and even to fly our favorite football teams’ flags.)

God Bless the USA
Purchased for our home. Didn't want to mount to house as we just had new siding put on. The pole and flag are great quality and have stood up to 50mph winds and stayed in place.

Decent For The Price
I've had this flag pole for just about a year. Two of the spikes broke off while I was stomping them into the ground with my foot, recommend using a rubber mallet. Otherwise, it's still vertical, mostly.

Strong and Sturdy!
We are in SoCal, in the areas that have 89Mph winds, happy to report, the flag and this sturdy multi-pronged Flag Pole held its ground!

It's made of pot metal
Absolute garbage. Even in the soft, black soil in Iowa and after a good rain, I couldn't get it in the ground. I put my boot on one prong to start to set it and it snapped immediately. Stupid me tried it with another prong. Same result. I took all of the pole apart, minus the base, and drove it with a rubber mallet. It got a little further in the ground, but a rubber mallet was enough to mishape the Pole. It took a lot of time to fix and rig a solution.

5 month review
My initial review was pretty good. We are in a very windy area and when the pole and steaks are pretty firm deep into the ground the pole holds up pretty good to the wind. However now at 5 months in the plastic fasteners on the pole that hold the flag have broken. Essentially making this flag pole useless to me now.
