Starting with the positive: the mug appeared to be substantial, sturdy, and very well-made. The handle was a great size which made it very comfortable to hold. I was very impressed with it initially upon receipt. However, as I unscrewed the top to wash the mug, I realized that every time I screwed the top back on, the opening out of which you are to drink ended up over the handle, which would make it very awkward. All of my previous thermal mugs and even all of the pictures shown online show the lid with the opening to the side, which makes it much more practical in order to drink from it without necessitating all sorts of distortions. I will be returning this mug. I am very disappointed because the dimensions of this mug were perfect, and its overall construction was very impressive. I do intend to order out another mug in the hopes that this was a defective item, which, hopefully, will not be the case with the reorder. At this point, I would give this mug 3 stars.An update to this review: As previously stated, I did reorder the mug and just received it today, and, much to my delight, the lid, once fully tightened, ends up exactly where it should for drinking purposes -- off to the side of the handle. I am so pleased that I took a chance on reordering in the hopes that this issue would not exist the second time around. Now, I am a very pleased customer.Months later, and I'm still thrilled with this purchase. Whenever I took my car in for servicing, I would always take my small thermos filled with coffee. The thermos never kept my coffee hot, but warm coffee is always better than no coffee. Well, I just checked and discovered that this mug actually holds more than my small thermos and also keeps my coffee hotter for a much longer period of time than my small thermos ever did. Another positive is that the lid is leak-proof so this mug can be taken anywhere, and it eliminates the need to go through numerous steps in order to enjoy a cup of coffee. With the thermos, I had to remove the cup from the thermos, then unscrew the inner cap, pour coffee from the thermos into the cup and then reverse all of the steps to close up the thermos -- all of which requires so many components where the mug requires lifting the tab and drinking. I love, love, love this insulated mug. It goes with me everywhere.

I've owned several of these cups in the past, but they had a flaw that eventually affected every one with the "old" design.I originally began purchasing these because they performed so well with both cold and hot beverages. The selling point for me was that when properly sealed, the NEVER leaked. I could literally put coffee in my cup and throw it down in my laptop or lunch bag without fear of a wet mess! And it stayed hot all day!!!The new design has a fully integrated, metal handle that attaches to the body of the cup at at the top and bottom. Previously, it was a plastic handle, screwed into the cup only at the top. It was shaped like a "7" and open at the bottom. Also, the new lids now have two area of nubs which allow for a better grip for opening and removing the lid. This puts far less pressure on the handle. I suspect that I will no longer have handle that breaks off the cup.This is a superb cup at a great price. The new colors are great too! LOVE IT!

This is my second tumbler of this brand. It keeps coffee hot and iced drinks cold for hours. I have had ice still in the cup the next day. The only issue I've had with this cup is screwing off the lid. I have tendencies to screw it on too tight resulting in an believable suction so make sure you open the snap on portion of the lid before unscrewing the top. I actually broke off the the snap on lid where the drink pours out due to pulling on it too hard too many times. I found out you don't need to screw the lid overly tight it will still be leak proof. Love the look and durability of this water cup.

I was looking for a 24 oz tumbler that had a good sized handle for people with hand issues and a lid that was easy to open for the same reason. This product meets all of those parameters. It has a sturdy and wide sized handle for people who have hand/finger issues and the top is easy to open. The product appears to be well constructed and sturdy. It keeps water cold all day long. I fill the tumbler up in the morning before work and it still has ice and is cold throughout the entire work day. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this mug almost 6 months ago and have been using it daily for coffee. It has been great and I have no regrets or a single complaint for that matter. I may purchase a 2nd one just to have a spare...For me I wanted a mug that would hold two cups of coffee, with room for cream, and this is the perfect size for that. It fits in any cup holder I've tried so far, is double insulated, outside stays cool, inside stays hot / warm for hours. The cap is a tight fit, and screws on the perfect amount making the handle 90 degrees to the right (sorry southpaws / lefty's). Although I typically never close the lid, it will lock shut and you can tip it upside down and it won't leak.I've washed both the mug and the cap in the dishwasher probably a couple dozen times (usually once a week) and that has not affected the finish, nor the seal, and no issues with leaks so far. However I should point out our dishwasher does not additionally heat the water beyond what the hot water heater providesOnly two very minor issues worth noting (pictured):1. As other reviews have mentioned, my handle had a bit of play, so recently I pried the handle apart using my thumbnails between the top seam of the two part plastic handle, which revealed a screw I tightened, reattached the cover and now it's nice and tight, simple fix! If it ever loosens again I might loctite the screw.2. The mug is almost 8” tall and didn’t fit under our Keurig 2.0, luckily we had a pod tray which it sits on, so not an issue. But something to measure if you’re thinking about getting this mug as it may not fit under some coffee dispensersTo sum up, it's a great mug, no leaks, double insulated, appears to be dishwasher safe, comfortable handle, no complaints!

This mug is great, nice sturdy handle and the shape is forgiving for car drink holders especially in the center console. I got this for work and it works well.

Ok, just doesn't keep as hot as I had hoped.

I am really happy with the size of this cup, the insulation and the colour. I bought 2 in different colours and on both, the lid is not centered so that the drinking hole is near the handle. It doesn’t affect the drinkability but it is a little more awkward to hold, especially when full. I have also been unable to close the lid to the drinking hole. This does not affect my use, but it could be a problem for others.
