ITS A Fluoride Rinse
Ok for those of you out there WHO DON'T KNOW "FLUORIDE" it fights dental decay! I use a tooth paste with fluoride. BUT I rinse following the directions with this Fluoride rinse. I am an old guy and don't use those fancy expensive tooth cleaning machines. A good toothpaste (that I will not name here). And then a good long rinse with this ACT Anticavity Fluoride Rinse. I like the taste and the way you can pour a measured amount. Soooooo I recommend using this as the last step in cleaning your teeth. It does come in other flavors so find one you like. Stick with it for awhile and talk with you Dentist. - BUT the trick for you is USE IT!!!!!! LWL Arlington VA.
