This size chart is different from the long torso one, so I am 28 inches waist, in between sizes, I went a size up and got size M instead S following the size chart, I could close it all with no problem and was a bit loose on the ribs. I got refund (not the shipping cost) and I am ordering the size S. Customer service was good. The material and quality of this product is great.

This is the first waist trainer I have ever purchased! Even though it was a bit too small for me, I could tell that it is very good quality! I could get the waist to hook less than half way but the most part is that it is comfortable and I feel no pain at all! It's firm and have good support. I will be getting another in a bigger size to have a better start but overall, this waist trainer is amazing! No pain, no discomfort, and the quality is great! I highly recommend this!

Im 5’2 wand my jean size is 31-32 I got the XL and it fits great, it’s a little stretchy (flexible)but you can always just adjust it to fit smaller

Fits nicely for waist training, however I mainly use it do to help with my flared ribs. I don't expect it to make a drastic change so for me it works as I expected. I sized down a size and fit perfectly snug but not painful.

I am 190 lbs and about 5'6, I ordered a Medium and it did what its suppose to do. It was tight, but thats the point! As with every other of these kind, wish they were a bit longer, but for a waist this will do the job. The quality is great and comfortable.
