The Lead is far small and can not be changed.The Plug is fitted with the wrong fuse size (13 Amp) for the Load it should be 3 Amps

The media could not be loaded.  Good lights. Colors not perfect. Yellow looks green. Warm white still looks very white. Other colors seem OK. To get a warm white I had to set to orange/red. Otherwise good light set and integration with Alexa was very smooth. Synced with Smart life app and Alexa found it right away. Updated to 3 stars as I had a bulb go out and you cannot replace the lights so I had to return them for a new set. Outside of the return period you would be left stuck with a useless set of lights. For the price the bulbs should have been designed replacable. Another problem is that if you remove power even for a brief second the lights forget their connection and you have to do setup all over again including adding to any Alexa groups. This is a total pain in the butt. Every other set of lights I own is able to remember the settings and reconnect to the system with a brief outage. This should be fixed.

Just got these lights and it’s either the lights or the Bluetooth app which is crap. Struggle to get them to link to phone and internet to start with and the the link keeps dropping and have to manually mess about with them. Had other lights which are much better. Wished I hadn’t bothered buying these now and looking to return them.

Had these outside over Xmas last year with the plug in an IP67 socket. Turned them on after a few weeks outside, bang and flash. Several bulbs full of water and the si called IP65 box which was off the ground and sheltered from ran full of water. The worrying bit is the plug is fitted with a 13Amp fush which dud not blow and protect the circuit and me. The output power is max 2A, why fit a 13A fuse?

The media could not be loaded.  These are without a doubt simply the most stunning smart lights I’ve encountered! I’m blown away with the sheer amount of things you can do with these and how tech savvy they are. With a huge 48ft in length I can easily put these up in the house or outdoors (they are waterproof) I’m choosing indoors for the time being as I’ll get to enjoy them more in the living room with the Christmas tree. I’ll try them outdoors in the summer when I’ll be out there more often. I have the app downloaded and it’s really easy to navigate and control the lights with, I’ve even got them hooked up to Alexa which is awesome as I can voice control them. The lights have lots of colour options, lighting patterns and all the colours are bold and bright. You can set schedules and all sorts of other amazing things! I really like being able to schedule them, it’s very handy! I’ve not had any issues with set up, use or the control of them at all. I like that the bulbs are LED and energy saving as that will help with energy consumption costs. I’m truly delighted with them because they just add such a cheerful, fun and bright ambiance to my living room; perfect for this time of year. They are worth every penny in my opinion because of all the smart functions they offer, so overall superb value for money. Get these lights!

The media could not be loaded.  These come boxed with no damage reported on ours. They are easy to use as per the attached quick video.The colours are much better in terms of spectrum than a lot of others that tend to offer 3/4 colours. The combination of colours is a nice touch too.The lead is plenty long enough for our use (round a gazebo). Offer a lovely glow.Absolutely chuffed with them. Would recommend.

​This is the way that manufacturers should do wifi lights! I have just had an extremely irritating experience with a set of similar lights working only on 2.4Ghz band, but these HBN ones work brilliantly, without me having to mess about with disabling the 5GHz band of our dual band router.I plugged the lights into the mains, they came on blinking red, I loaded the HBN Smart app, it said there was one set of lights waiting to be connected, I gave the wifi password, they connected, and I was away - changing colours, turning lights on and off, and everything else from the app on my iPad.I then enabled the HBN Smart skill in the Alexa app, did a quick "Discover", and I was then able to contro the lights by voice, which was absolutely superb.I have just two small quibbles with them. I haven't yet been able to find a way to do custom routines - a number of "scenes" are provided, but they don't seem to be tweakable. I'd really like to do a red white and green fading effect for Christmas but haven't yet found a way to achieve that. The other small quibble is that there is hardly any length between the plug and the first light (just 18 inches or so) so unless you have a plug socket at head height, or are stringing the lights at ground level, then first two bulbs cannot form part of the display because they are occupied going from floor to eaves heights. It's not a big problem, since that still leaves 22 for illuminating, but it seems a bit daft.The lights are bright, large, and 100% waterproof so are suitable for plugging in and stringig up outdoors as well as indoors. They're a great set of lights which, although they are quite expensive by comparison with many other lighting set-ups, justify their extra expense by their size, robust build, and high quality software.
