Good office comfortable chair at a mid range price

Frustratingly the chair became damaged after only a couple of months. Having said this, I contacted the seller and they have sent me a replacement, and the chair is very comfortable, so overall I am satisfied. Thanks to the customer service team for helping out so quickly!

I'm a big guy and on my days off work I'll sit in this chair all day, comfortably my last chair was a gaming chair and while it was comfortable too it was also over double the price

Had this chair for 14 months. Has been ok for a tall person (186cm).What is the warranty though ? After 14 months the gas unit started leaking so I sink down over 10 minutes when using it. Cannot see how to contact seller.

The chair began syncing after only 3 weeks. They wanted proof of this despite it happening very slowly over time.Poor quality chair.

I would say it's 4 star overall and 5 stars considering price (99pounds).

Really with the office chair for the price. Also worth mentioning that I had an issue after 1.5 years. I contacted the customer support and they sent a replacement part. I was really pleased with the back up / support and I would recommend the company as a result of this interaction.
