Excelente fabricador

WORST PRINTER, DO NOT BUY
I've had this printer for a few months and have made approximately 5 different print projects. Until the nozle feature breaks where it will continue to print and think that filament is being pushed out. I bought a $500 dual nozzle and the product nozzle didn't last long enough to make one print. Not to mention the products have some issue with crusty lines.Above all else, snap maker warranty only covers 14 days of product use and will only give 90% of your order. It seems like a great idea to invest. But honestly the product will fail on you and the company knows it.

Good but prints slow
Little bit of a learning curve and 3D printing is way slow but still awesome to watch and I can make all sorts of things

Lots of bugs and design defects
The software is totally bush league. If you swap the USB drive to print something different you have to force stop the app 3 times before it will read the newly inserted drive. This seems like something that should've been noticed in testing. Now mine won't read any USB drive I use. Now I get to figure that problem out. Hopefully I don't need a new controller. If a print fails to stick to the bed it accumulates all the filament on and around the nozzle. There are exposed wires going to the hot end that almost always get consumed by the glob of filament, and it's impossible to remove without destroying the wires. I'm on my 4th print module, which just had that same issue tonight, but luckily it didn't consume the wires so I was able to salvage it by heating the nozzle and pulling the glob of filament off of the nozzle. See picture for first failure. Last time a print module got destroyed by filament accumulation I ordered 2 new ones, so I'd have a spare when it inevitably happens again. I'm designing and printing a shield to protect those wires with ABS. I hope it will survive the heat of the hot end due to the higher melting point.I've had an Ultimaker 2+ for over 6 years, and it's printing right now, like it always does. I'm using the Ultimaker to print the shield because I have had terrible results with ABS on the Snapmaker. Probably because I didn't buy the $600 enclosure. I've had the Snapmaker for about a year and have purchased 4 new print modules, so I'm on my fourth (I've got one in reserve). That's not good. That's another issue that should've been discovered in testing. It's great when it works, delivering beautiful prints and laser engravings (I haven't used the CNC module yet). But these constant software failures and catastrophic printing failures make me wonder if its worth it. The short answer is "no".Buy something else.

Worst $800 ive ever spent
I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAP MAKER EVER AGAIN. There products are garbage, their app looks like it was made by a student. And their customer support staff must not be getting paid because they’re awful at their job. Worst $800 I’ve EVER SPENT

Absolutely the worst experience ever.
The experience I have had with this company is the absolute worst I have ever had. I do not take saying that lightly. To explain to you how I arrived at this conclusion, let me take you back. Last month, mid august, my family and I all sitting around a table talking about 3D printers and how we should get one. I do some research and find SnapMaker, a really great choice as they have 3 cool machines tied up in one! A 3D printer, a laser cutter, and a CNC machine. Sounds great right? I agree. So i pony up and spend the 1500 to buy this hardware and I wait anxiously. I get the work space all set up and my family is super excited. Finally D-Day comes, end of august, 2 weeks after I ordered it and it is supposed to be arriving per their website. Time ticks by, and still no package. Next day, still no package. Finally I send an email to SnapMaker asking why my package is late and no response for 2 days, finally they get back to me saying their warehouse is under renovations and there is no estimated date. That would probably be a good thing to tell customers before they spend one and half grand on your machine. They run me through a number of excuses and now mid September they finally send out an email explaining the warehouse issue to me and assumably the other customers like me. Now still no ETA. They offered some 3D printer filament like that would even come close to making up for their complete lack of communication and incompetence. My honest advice is to pick another cheeper 3D printer company that will actually deliver their product to you.
