Pairs so good
I bought this to put my girlfriend's car, I was already wired for 2 amps and had a sub in my pickup so I hooked it up to my pickup and I'm not taking it out, for the price it just rocks, I have a higher end deeper base Sub in my pickup and this just pairs so well, it's just night and day, it sounds awesome. With a deeper base sub this hits the bass guitar and mid-range base so well I never knew my system could be better awesome awesome job guys, the four-star review is because I am new a car audio and probably didn't understand that was buying a speaker that is meant for what I see what it's meant for if you know what I mean if you know what I meant

Plenty of bass for me
I had a kicker poeered substation ksr80 and the speaker finally gave up. I removed the amp from the kicker substation which is 85 watts rms and paired it with the b-17 bandpass box and i was surprised how well it sounded gives all my music plenty of bass very pleased only had it a few days so cant comment on longevity but i have it in a 2022 challenger and plenty of bass to feel it in front seats. Very pleased with it for the $$$ win win

Have an extra Sub on hand.
Great for the price, you at least have a box left over when you blow the Sub. I smoked the Sub in this box pushing around 225 RMS. Replaced the Sub with an Alpine S Series which fit the box to spec almost perfectly. So I give the box 5 stars and the Sub one star.

More Than Enough Bass
More than enough bass for the average user running an otherwise stock audio system. I have this sub paired with a Rocksford Fosgate R500XD and I normally only play music with the sub at half volume (using the included bass control knob), as full volume provides overwhelming bass for most songs. Normally, I only run the sub at full volume when demoing to friends. Also, the bandpass enclosure looks really cool 👍🏻
