Great product, great value. I've used other small keyboards in the past with my iPad mini but overall, this one is the best.The keyboard itself is intuitive and laid out efficiently. If you're new to smaller keyboards it is going to take some getting used to, but this one worked perfectly for me right out of the box. The tactile response is good and the keys have a solid feel to them. Doesn't feel cheap or leave my guessing as to which keys my fingers are on.The case is terrific. My iPad and the keyboard fit into snugly and securely with access to power connections to both still easily available while they are packed inside. The magnetic nature of the case keeps it securely closed. Better yet, the magnetic case keeps the keyboard firmly in place while I am typing. And the case opens quickly with the iPad and keyboard in position to start typing. The keyboard and iPad are also easily adjusted to different angles of tilt easily,I love the backlighting and I appreciate the fact that I can turn it on, or off to save battery life. Bluetooth pairing was a snap.Bottom line, this one just works. It is thoughfully designed and turns your iPad mini into a pretty functional little workstation in a matter of seconds.

Bought Oct 2020. I absolutely loved it...until...recently, there are several keys no longer functioning; the backlight key stopped working today; there is no model number either @ Amazon nor S/N, so it could not be registered. Nothing was on the box, either. I went to the site given, but cannot even ask a question, because they require a model and S/N. There is none, and none was on the box. This is way too expensive for these things to not be on the unit. It is STILL in warranty, and yet I have no way of contacting anyone about it. This is totally unacceptable.

The pros: It's small and light, and fits beautifully in the case with the ipad mini. The use of magnets to keep it in place is a stroke of genius, because I can remove it altogether and make myself much more comfortable. The light up option is really nice to have if you are typing in a dark room. Also because some of the key placements are very much not intuitive and you need to see to hit them. More on that below...The cons: Sadly these far outweigh the pros for me. First, keeping this keyboard connected to a device is a nightmare. I am having to reconnect it dozens of times in a session. I have not had this problem with any other bluetooth device for either my phone or my ipad. And I've hooked this keyboard up to multiple devices just to test it - the problem is the keyboard. This bluetooth problem effectively makes the keyboard unusable and is its biggest flaw. This is not helped by the fact that you get a few hours' use out of the battery charge at max. If you had planned to use your ipad as a word processor for the day, this is not the keyboard for you. Finally, key placement is very strange. The question mark location is unintuitive, and requiring a function-key stroke to use something as routinely used as apostrophes and quotation marks is maddening. I realize that with the space constraints imposed by an iPad mini sacrifices must be made, but other brands have done this better.I am now in the market for another bluetooth keyboard.

I love this keyboard! I’m a writer and when my laptop broke I thought I was done for until I could afford a new one. This keyboard is large enough to use comfortably and works great with my iPad Pro. Very easy to use with Bluetooth and you can turn it off with the switch so it saves battery power and won’t turn on accidentally. Thin and lightweight, and the box it comes in can easily be used to store it on the go.

I had problems with the first unit they sent me. It would not connect to the ipad every time and moreover, the battery was lasting an hour or less on the keyboard. I contacted the seller and they sent another one, which is still doing the same thing. I have to use the keyboard for hours at a time and it is not holding a charge. I tried not using the backlighting, but it is much harder to see the keys to type. I am not sure if I will send it back for a refund. I guess I can alternate the keyboards because I have two now. This does not connect easily with the ipad however, which is another separate issue. I would not recommend this item.

The first keyboard I had was dying all the time, and the backlight would just stop working after a few minutes and disconnect. But when I exchanged it for a new one, it works like a charm!I am very pleased with this little keyboard case.The iPad is easier to put in than to take out, which I appreciate, as this feature attests to the sturdiness of the case.Most of the time, if I’m working at my desk, I keep the keyboard plugged into my laptop, charging — this way, when I am on the go, it is fully charged and ready!The battery lasts way longer without the backlight, of course.I love the different colors!My only complaint is that sometimes the color I choose stops working and it just switches into the backlight mode that rotates among all the colors. But, for the price, I can’t complain.

Love! Haven’t tested battery life but I’m sure it’s fine. Try having a portable charger!I love the light up keyboard and it can light up pink! It’s perfect for my iPad mini and traveling. Got the rose gold pink and it’s fitting my expectations keyboard has a good magnet on it so you don’t always have to have it on the case
