:( Ordered New Received 2nd Hand
Ordered this backdrop for an event I am hosting at the end of this month so gave myself plenty of time for the delivery however I didn't think I would receive a 2nd Hand product so needed to allow time for that but how much time DO YOU allow! I ordered a new product yet it came with double sided tape on the back and front as well as tape that's been removed taking the design along with it, oh and not forgetting it's dirty too. I've contacted Amazon and they were about as useful as a chocolate teapot and offered me a whole £5 compensation if I KEEP it, although I paid £40...WOW THANKS! So my options are to pay again and hope its not faulty again and return the faulty one and wait for a refund or to return it and wait for a refund to order it again and hope it refunds, reorders and comes in time...GREAT!So overall, my experience is..... Poor Product AND Poor Service from BOTH ends of the proverbial sale.
