I bought these for the elementary school guidance counselor. My son fidgets, sometimes comes home from school and likes to do what people refer to as “hyper focusing” to relieve some anxiety. These scratchy stickers are nice because he can scratch them without making a bunch of noise (sorry to all fidgeters in the world, but I prefer quiet fidgeting and sometimes his fidgeting gives me second hand anxiety) plus he can hold them in his hands if he wants to do some hyper focusing. Great value, they came in a large pack for a low price, last forever, and relieves his anxiety without creating some for me.

These strips are a more affordable version of Calm Strips. Unfortunately, they don't last very long. I had two stuck to my phone and they peeled off rather quickly, but they were enjoyable to use for tactile stimming while they lasted.
