I have bought this rug before for my guest and get great comments on how fluffy and comfortable it is. It feels very luxurious when you get out of the shower! I will say that I never put it in the washer so not sure how it will hold up. I had to spot clean it a couple of times and once threw it in dryer to try and quickly get it dry and it did not look as well as when I put it in. But still usable for sure! I liked this rug so much I did not hesitate buying it again. It is a good price for this fluffy rug. However, when i received my new rug it had a defect. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement at no charge and did not ask me to send back the defective one. I was very impressed and that alone will keep me coming back and buy this product again. The replaced product is beautiful, perfect and fluffy!!!

Wow talk about a company stepping up to give the best customer service ever. I had purchased a beautiful large white rug back last August. After I washed it I had a problem with some matting. I loved this rug so much and I thought maybe I had done something wrong when I washed it that I was going to buy another rug to replace the ruined one. This is the softest rug ever and the best for using in the shower to step out on, just YUMMIE. When this company heard of the problem I had with my rug they immediately sent me out a new rug. Lots of FLUFF but NO CUSHION~ it is SOFT like a CLOUD (yes-- I bought the WHITE ) but just as dense.. so if u want a CUSHIONY feeling.. this isn't it.~ originally bought it for the bathrooms but use it next to the Bed.. I don't think this would absorb water too good and I spent too much on these to chance it.We have TILE shower and TILE floors so I thought these would have more padding?? They DO NOT.They look nice and you definately want to be sure to be barefoot.. I have only had them for 2 weeks so I haven't washed them but I'm not sure if they would still be FLUFFY in appearance after.. so If I DO WASH them.. I will update review..Main purpose for buying was 1-- looked nice 2-- thought it would absorb water like other STYLE MATS I have ( haven't tried it yet) and 3-- it was time to get new mats

I'm not sure why this rug has gotten such great reviews. Honestly it was the reviews that convinced me to purchase the rug in the first place. The delivery service didn't deliver the rug when promised and Amazon refunded my money as a courtesy and told me I could still keep the rug when I finally receive it. Once I got it, I was disappointed. It's not very dense or well made like many reviews have stated. Beautiful creamy white color, cottony soft, almost too soft (like it will constantly shed). Maybe I will wash it and see how it looks and update my review later. Having said that, I would not recommend this bathmat. I ended up going to Bed Bath & Beyond and finding the same style bathmat with a superior quality.Update: (11/20/17) I washed my rug and it came out beautiful. It appeared much thicker and very beautiful in appearance. I'm not sure why it didn't look very well made when I first took it out of the package but I can admit when I'm wrong and I can honestly say I was wrong about this rug. I now give it 4 Stars!!!!!! The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 is because I would love for it to be larger. That being said, I returned the other bathmat to Bed Bath & Beyond, LOL . . .

I bought 3 of these and after 4 months I'm basically having to throw away over a hundred dollars. They only lasted a month then started shedding everywhere. The shreds were all over our house and somehow in my car?! The cats then started finding them and eating them in the living room. I followed the instruction I was given to help prevent this but unfortunately it only got worse from there.I washed them on gentle cycle in cold water and hung them up inside to dry. Took 3 days before they were fully dry to where I could put them back in the bathroom. I don't have that kind of time to wait, especially during Winter.Months later they're now all matted in some areas where I walk most with bare feet (shoes aren't allowed inside) and starting to pill. Random things get stuck and tangled up in the threading (my big toe has gotten caught up in it) and difficult to remove any debris that falls on the rug.I'm bummed because when I first got them they were so soft, I was so happy. I was only able to feel that joy for a couple of weeks and now I just feel like I wasted a lot of money. :(

It's so fluffffffffffffffyyyyyyyy!!! I could sleep on this rug and I would buy it in blanket form!! Haha! It big and fluffy as can be! I'm not sure how well it will hold up, so we will see. And also, it came in a nice zippered package, but the way it was folded in there it zipped up the rug so the only way to get it out was to just unzip it as fast as possible but of course it damaged the edge a little, so that sucks! They should fold it in a different way. But other than that, it's the bomb! And I did love the package, it just sucked that it zipped up my rug!!

This is a great bath mat. It is very soft, so soft that my feet look forward to stepping on it when getting out of the shower. The rubber backing is super sturdy and does not budge on our linoleum floors. Our 2 year old daughter is amazed at how soft it is, when she in the bathroom she makes it a point to step on and off of the mat. I think she's intrigued with how the mat feels on her bare feet. I do believe I'll be picking up a couple more of these amazing bath mats so I always have a super soft clean surface to land on when Hopping out of the shower.

I LOVED this bathroom mat when it first arrived. It was luxurious and so soft and beautifully white. Even with optimum care, it QUICKY died. The luxe softness turned into a terribly sad, off-white matted excuse for a bathroom rug. I was so sad how quickly this deteriorated in quality. I maybe got 3 months of use out of it before it had to be thrown away :(. Really wished it would've stayed looking nice, but I guess you get what you pay for.
