HiPlay 1/6 Scale Male Figure Head Sculpt, Handsome Men Tough Guy, Doll Head for 12" Action Figure Phicen, TBLeague HS008(C)

The connector insert is made out of rubber, not the PVC stated in the description. I tried to remove it with a wooden coffee stirrer and the wood broke. Then I tried a hard plastic cuticle pusher and it just bent. I next tried a jeweler's screwdriver and was afraid that I was going to tear the rubber. I then tried a jeweler's pliers and again was afraid of tearing the rubber. Finally, I put the entire head in some very hot water and lubed up the TBLeague/Phicen neck ball with some thick dish soap. The head did finally pop onto the neck ball; however, it will pop off just as easily. Not secure at all and the insert is responsible for the head pivoting left to right. The manufacturer should ship the insert separately and make it deeper so the head won't pop off with a flick of the little finger.

My first time buying a third party head sculpt off Amazon, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I figured if it was terrible I could return it. Luckily I didn’t need to. The head looks great. Not quite Hot Toys quality, but very very close. It fits the Phicen/TBleague M33 very well. For my first custom and first head sculpt through Amazon I’m very pleased.

I didn't check it soon enough because it's a Christmas present I did not want to open the packaging as it turns out it does not fit the body that it's sold for please make sure you open everything right away it may ruin the surprise for somebody that you're giving it to to open it the first but it's better than having to pay for it twice
