Very nice. The Velcro strap is long and stretchy enough that it fits over my leg/hip. Freezes quickly. Would recommend!

Bought as an icepack for knee ligament injury. Easy to use, great strap device..does slip off knee if you move however leg better if elevated. Good buy.

Small but mighty
Bought on physios advice to aid healing if a shoulder injury it’s brilliant as an ice pack stays cold for hours altho I only have it on for 15 mins . Not quite so effective as a heat pack but that might be my elderly microwaves fault! It’s big enough to wrap over my shoulder but small enough to be portable in case should I need to take it away with me ( but hoping to be fully fit by that time in June) - recommended , all in all a very cost effective buy !
