I hav been blessed. I’ve only had mice once or twice in all the years I’ve lived in my home. I’ve been here for almost 36 years. The last time there was a mouse in my house was over a decade ago and luckily there was only one. In the past my husband would pick up some spring traps and he would Sal with it when they were caught. Unfortunately I have had the biggest infestation I’ve experienced in the last 36 years. To make matters worse they were in my bedroom, I was really surpris d by this because I have 2 dogs that are in my room all the time. My family has 2 cats. I guess despite the fact that my dogs are little barks butt’s they were less scary then the cats. A little over a month ago I had been in the kitchen make my dinne. Wh n I went into my bedroom I was shocked to find a dead mouse on my floor. I don’t know if one of the cats had killed it or my dog, but I’m guessing it was my daughter’s cat Kiki. Our other cat doesn’t venture out of my daughter’s room much. He’s to afraid of the dogs: My fist thought was not fit to express here as it consisted of a few bad words. I started thinking maybe it was just the one because I hadn’t seen signs of others. Then I heard something noisy in my closet that sounded like something falling. It was followed by the squeaks of the rodent it was. They really give me the heebie-jeebies. I would say they scare me to death, but it’s more a case of they freak me out. I don’t know what I was going to do. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to set the spring traps. I have a central nervous system disorder that causes a lot of shaking, especially in my hands. I really didn’t think I would be able to set a trap without snapping my own fingers. I know there are a lot of people who find sticky traps inhumane, but they were uninvited guests in my home and I wasn’t about to catch them and let them outside so they could get back in my house. I don’t drive and I’m in a wheelchair I wouldn’t be able to have taken. I’m very far anyway. The sticky traps arrived and I was really happy with how affordable they were. I was a little worried that they wouldn’t be sticky enough because they were one of the cheaper packs that I had came across but happily they worked very well. I placed them around my room in areas that my dogs couldn’t get to with a little smear of peanut butter. I put them out not long before I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning, I could hear the sounds of some heavy squeaking. One of the traps had two mice stuck to it one looked to be fully grown, and the other was about half it size. My next thought was a hack. How am I gonna get it up without touching them but I have a grabber that makes it easier for people who have physical limitations to get things. I know this may sound cruel, but I put them in a bucket of water. I just felt like it was the easiest thing and less cruel than to leave them, stuck and fighting to get off because they were really tearing their legs apart trying to get free. I had to be painful. So far counting the one the cat or dogs got they’ve been five. I still have sticky traps out, but I haven’t called any in close till week so fingers crossed and prayers to God maybe that’s all of them only time will tell. Honestly, I’m happy with my decision to go with the sticky traps. It was safer for me. I wasn’t comfortable putting out poison because of the cats and the dogs. People can talk about humane ways to die and in my opinion there is no human way. No matter how you look at it death is not pleasant. It doesn’t matter if you’re talking about a small rate like a mouse or a fully grind human being. Not only do mice bring up health concerns they can do a great deal of damage. Mice breed rapidly and the traps are effective.

These glue traps worked exactly as intended. They're easy to set up right out of the package, and the adhesive is extremely sticky, giving me confidence that they would do the job. I like that they're compact enough to place along walls, behind appliances, or in other areas where mice tend to travel. They stayed in place well and didn't dry out quickly, even after being left out for several days. The traps are also easy to dispose of after use, making the cleanup process as simple as possible. Having multiple traps in one pack provides good coverage for different areas of the home. Overall, these are an effective and affordable solution for monitoring and controlling unwanted pests. They worked well for my needs, and I would purchase them again if needed.

I love this product (have bought lots several X's) but this time came up one box of 4 short in shipment. Never seems to be a place for that - only for "return - replacement" on amazon site by "orders". That choice don't seem fitting for my issue. BUT OTHER THAN THAT... Lived in our house for 30 years, & it was OLDER THAN DIRT already when we bought it. Unfortunately it has a lot of spaces big enough (or larger than needed) for mice to creep in. My 20 year old strictly indoor cat has never had a taste for mouse! She is pretty finicky!! She won't even just catch n kill for me!! (NO!! NOT TO EAT!!).. Dog don't care either! We likely had a few lurking anyhow, but last winter was nastiest ever in our neck of the woods. So even though we were likely one of the very coldest and snowiest places in town last winter, MANY decided to move in here to raise their families, feed them our food, & ruin our belongings! So we have had to share our space with critters 'large' and tiny. I started out with a (ONE) 6 pack of these babies. They seemed still plentiful, as fast as I used them up. So bought 5 (FIVE) 4 packs. .. STILL they kept coming & I kept catching!! Long story short this was about my THIRD OR FOURTH order of 10 (TEN ) 4 packs I have ordered. Been trying to keep track of how many and when caught, hoping to eventually see the end of them. I think they are reproducing faster than I can catch. I might have to take on another part-time job to afford to keep buying these things! I think even as good as these things are, I am fighting a losing battle with fall (& another nasty winter -?- fast approaching). So I hope they never quit making these glue traps nor reduce the quality! They are REALLY STICKY!! There's been at least a couple instances in high traffic areas, where I have gotten two on one trap. BUT if not, the price is not that bad that even if only one to a trap, that means catching 4 mice for less than a buck apiece!! NOTE!! Now & then one has been barely stuck, & was able to chew it's way loose OR crawl away with the trap & made me hunt the area. Sometimes I stick a tiny pc of bait in middle of trap. But there is times if place in good spot - no bait is even needed. If I put into a small box barely as wide as trap, instead, I might just place some bait behind the trap but close enough so cannot avoid stepping onto the trap to try to get to it. Sometimes I put into a box with hole much smaller than glue trap, or open on top, yet tall enough so they cannot escape with it still stuck to it. Have been forced to get creative!! Found out that if in an airtight enough container their breath will cause enough moisture to accumulate to allow them to loosen up from the glue though & get away. That happened to me one time. I have so many traps strewn around, that I have to keep a running list so I don't miss any on my routine trap-checks at least daily!! BUT, YES, I WOULD recommend giving them a try - just leave some for me!! :>) I liked the victor snap traps. The plastic are easier to set, but I got tired of them chewing their way out of them, ruining them for re-use. I AM spending a small fortune on these things this year, but even admittedly being kind of a tight-wad - I say the price is tolerable to get some peace of mind around your house!

I don’t use for mice 🐁 but have for other little creepy creatures spiders 🕷️ or ants 🐜 even with the ant traps too . Not too much problem but for feeling more comfortable. I swell if bitten by any thing so best to just have in corner or under bed . Please be careful don’t stick anything you don’t want to be in it !!! It is very sticky and very hard to get cloth or hair even fingers ! Hold on to the frame part and your fine . Please always be careful around a child’s curiosity !! You don’t want brother slapping it on sisters head !!! It says chemicals free & safety . But Very sticky !!!

These traps worked for me the very first night I placed them strategically next to the selection of fruit and vegetables my mouse had already started to eat previous nights. I surrounded the food with the traps and the next morning there was a little ball of fur on one of them who was almost gone as he had struggled through the night with the glue, mercifully out of my view. I had thought I might be able to re-use the untouched ones but not really as they start to lose potency once exposed to the air. (They last a week but if I have a new issue I am just going to use new ones which I will keep around here). I did not find them too small for a mouse and I did find them odor free and easy to use. Really glad I bought them.

I bought the Tomcat Glue Traps because I wanted a no-fuss, pesticide-free way to deal with a sudden mouse problem. The traps are super easy to set up - just peel them apart and place them along the wall where you’ve seen activity. I was honestly impressed by how sticky these things are. Within a day, I caught a mouse and even a couple of spiders, which was a bonus. The traps are discreet, don’t smell weird, and you just toss the whole thing out when you’re done. For anyone who wants a quick, clean solution, these definitely deliver. But I have to be blunt: there are some real annoyances. One thing that really got under my skin was that the glue in my pack seemed to have melted and pooled to one side, making half the trap useless. I know this isn’t a universal problem, but it made me feel like I got a defective batch. I also noticed that if you live in a warmer area or leave these in a hot garage, the glue can get runny and lose its effectiveness. That’s not something you want to discover after you’ve already set them out and waited days for results. Another thing that bothered me, and I’ve seen others mention this too, is that sometimes the mice manage to escape or just leave droppings right on the trap without getting caught. It’s infuriating to check the trap and see evidence of mice but no actual catch. I get that placement is key, but it shouldn’t be this easy for them to avoid it. Still, when the traps work, they work well, and I appreciate that they’re non-toxic and easy to dispose of. I just wish the quality was more consistent. If you’re desperate, these are worth a try, but don’t expect perfection.

I have used these in the past to rid my house of a nest of rodents, and while it took a few weeks the mice were eventually all captured and disposed of. I am currently using these to trap water-bugs that are finding their way into the house and I am not disappointed. I place one of these in the path of the bugs and in a couple of days I toss it and put a new one out. I tried some of the traps for bugs, but one or two of them get inside and it's useless. These are way better.

They work as advertised but I successfully captured the mouse and threw the rest away because it just seemed too cruel to use them and it honestly made me sad that these style of traps don't dispatch the mice in a humane way
