Extremely angry with this product! It’s absolutely useless! The remote control for the camera does not work on command or at all sometimes when pressed. If it does work it is delayed. I’m in Italy and wanted to snap photos of the ancient ruins and coliseum and I couldn’t today. I have an iPhone XR so fairly new phone . I will be returning this product when back in states.

It’s pretty straightforward. Works great. People complained about it pinching your fingers but it won’t if you use a little bit of common sense and hold it right. The trade off of it being lightweight is that it might blow over on a windy day so either get one that’s heavier or don’t raise it all the way up on a windy day. Again, common sense. My only complaint is that the remote doesn’t work with TikTok for some reason but it works fine with my iPhone’s regular camera but I think that’s more an iPhone issue than this company. Or a TikTok issue. Regardless, it is what it is. Great tripod. I’m very pleased.

Awesome selfie stick! I’ve been scouring over multiple products trying to find all the features that I need. This has almost all of them. It has a solid and enjoyable feel in your hand when totally closed up. I LOVE that it looks like a light saber when compact. Smooth, streamlined, and sleek! I didn’t want bulky or awkward things sticking out! The weight feels lovely too! Nice job! Because this phone mount is not meant to fit bulky cases, and I always have a Smartish Wallet Slayer on my phone, I can run into issues with mounts. HOWEVER! I found a work around which is indicated in the photos. I used the credit card slot on my case to latch onto which allows me to use this product that otherwise would not have fit my phone! I LOVE that the remote is USB rechargeable! Who wants to use disposable batteries anymore?! The only feedback that I have about the remote, is really in comparison to other stocks I’ve been looking into. The remote would be “safer” and less likely to get lost if it SLID into the body of the selfie stick when partially extended and had a flat top that when closed, locks the remote into place without any possibility of it getting knocked off. SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS: flat top locking remote, wider attachment to accommodate thick cases (many people have them), and add an additional 6 inches in length to compete with some of the longest sticks out there. All in all very excited to use this on my upcoming X-Country road trip!!!

While I LOVE this selfie stick. My only complaint is it won’t fit my phone with its case (otter box). So every time I wanted to take a picture I would have to remove my case to get the phone to fit. Connecting your phone to the device is super easy. The remote works great. There isn’t lag between taking the pictures. The stick isn’t self is very sturdy. One feature I really enjoy is the extension of the stick. You can pick the height you want and it has a stabler on the bottom so you can set it on the ground or table top. This stick makes taking pictures easy.Would recommend
