Bought for my 10 year-old-son who has become somewhat of a rubix cube snob. He absolutely loves this one. According to him, the turns are super smooth, he can speed solve easily, the weight is perfect, the sticker-less design is a bonus, and the quality is similar to the $100 cubes I refuse to buy him. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for other versions to purchase.

This was a new shape for him and my grandson loves it. He loves all Rubiks cubes pretty much.

Great cube

This cube is both fun and easy! You do not have to know how to solve an ordinary 3x3 cube in order to solve this. This cube can be solved either intuitive or by using a quick tutorial on YouTube.

My kids love cubes , this was a unique shape but pretty sure it’s easy to solve for them and the ends of the pieces kept popping off (although they just snap right back on)

It's a fun Rubik's. There's really only one algo to learn and it's very simple. Though it is funny that somehow it feels like a workout because the R turns are all R2.

OK, so when I got this I was thinking it was going to be a lot simpler than it was. I figured it would be a little harder than a 2x2x2 cube, and that my 3x3x3 cube skills would carry over. Well, that wasn't the case. The oblong shape adds some kinks to the mix. In case you're wondering how the pieces move, rotations on the short ends are normal 90 or 180 degree rotations, but the 2x3 slabs rotate 180 degrees only. From that perspective, there's less to worry about, but from a solving perspective, this rules out a lot of familiar moves. I won't spoil it for you, but I encourage you to try to figure this one out on your own without hitting the videos and tutorials. As for the cube quality, it's faily basic. The colors are inset rather than stickers, which is good. There are also screws which look like they're probably for adjusting the tension, but I left mine the way they came. The motion is fairly smooth, but a little bit of lubrication would help (just make sure it's safe on plastic). There aren't any magnets to help them "click" into place, but it's not really needed. I found this to be a good way to engage my brain and relax at the same time. It fits really well in a pocket, so you can carry it around more easily than the traditional cubes.
