It is easy to use, it does it very good job. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ What they don't tell you. *by J***. on August 4, 2018* I recently purchased one of these at the fair. It will work just as it did in the demonstration. Here's what they don't tell you. If you have a thin knife or one with an edge steeper than the set angle of the sharpener it will work just like the instructions. However,if your knife is thick or the angle of the edge is wider than the sharpener (as was the case in most of my knives) you actually have to reshape the edge. As you do this you will see fine metal shavings as you draw the blade through the sharpener (same with the scissors). I reshaped my knives but not my scissors. Once the blade is reshaped the sharpener works fine.
