Fabulous product

Great product, very easy to install and looks good, the soft close is excellent, considering the price the quality is really good. Very easy to keep clean as it can be removed by two "click" buttons !

Perfect fit

Great soft close seat. I've been looking for one that fits our toilet and this does the job. Fairly sturdy although I've had to tighten the fittings a couple of times as they have came loose.

Soft close failure after 3 years of use.

Bought this toilet seat through Amazon in April 2022. No problem with fitting it and it worked fine until early this year when the soft-close gradually failed over a period of about three months. Now it just slams down!

Not fit for purpose

This seat lasted 24 hours. The fixings were made of hard plastic which meant it would slide around and was impossible to fix. If you try to return it they expect you to pay postage to China. Do not waste your money. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Easy to fit and good value
