The germination rate of these seeds is insanely quick. I used these as a cover crop, planting them in mid fall to prepare my garden for the winter. Keeps leaves/seeds from taking root and loosens up harder soil. Plus, you might even get a few daikon out of it! WIN/WIN! Great in kimchi/miso soup or diced up in salads.

High germination rate! I planted two seats for a hole, but didn’t need to as all the seeds sprouted. I would recommend just planting one seed per hole so you won’t have to thin them later.

They are definitely sprouting and growing. Too early to say if they make a good winter cover crop for clay soil.
