Update. Got exchange right away. Exelent costomire survice. Product have different packaging by Amazon. Quality is exelent, like it very much. Will order again. Works great! I received this D-Panthenol serum without a box or tamper seal — just in a plastic bag, unlike the other sealed products from the same brand. I’m very concerned about product safety and contamination. This is not acceptable for skincare. Returning it.
