Nice Product
Finally got this product. I was looking for it for so long. I have a chronic back pain. Tried several products but they are useful only to some extent. This back stretcher device really heloed me to relieve my back pain. Amazing quality and found it very usefull. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Totally worth it.

Good quality @ reasonable price.
The media could not be loaded. I use this primarily for posture correction while sitting for long periods. It definitely helps with that. Have seen reduced instances of back ache overtime. I haven't used it for back stretches but expect it to work well for that too.Pros:Reasonably priced.Sturdy build qualityThe raised dots work well, pressure is good and not uncomfortableCons:The removable foam sheet could have been a bit thicker. It doesn't stay in place.

Not that much usefull
U can use easly. But not much pain relief..

Rating it one because zero is not an option
1. It won't fit in the second or third slot. I tried and I had four other people also try it. I watched video, read the instructions, still won't work.2. It buckled under my weight. It claims that it can withstand 150kg, but it almost broke when I laid down on it and I am barely 71kgs.3. There's zilch pressure. I laid down on it and I felt nothing. Zero. So I thought it's maybe because of my back fat. So I asked my friends who is 44kgs to lay down on it and she felt nothing tooCompletely useless product.

Reliefed my pain.
I must say the product is very usefull, I have very bad back pain due to dirving the bike daily, but when I used this for 2 days with some excercise my pain has been gone. Thanks Amazon for the precious product.

Back support, Now I am not using. I used 2 days only
there is no cushion effect at the back. It feels hard. Ome component like a tape is not fixed and always slips out from the position. Not recommended.

Nice product
I have a long neck because of which i have a lot of back pain . This product has help me straighten my back and get rid of stiffness which was causing the pain .
