Best gummy that i have found for my teens in regards to size and flavor. I do think it's funny that it's a "one-a-day' but you have to take two gummies. But still only taking it once a day.

It’s hard to know if these really are of good quality, but I do trust the brand. My daughter takes them daily and she is not the best at remembering to take any pill she has ever been prescribed so I consider that a win. She must like the taste.
