I bought these stress balls for my youngest son, they help to relieve tension and stiffness, which can be physical symptoms of his anxiety. The balls come in a pack of four and they are filled with some type of squishy gel that stretches and expands when force is applied. There's something very therapeutic with these, the viscosity of the balls contents is very satisfying to squeeze and the stretchiness is just loads of fun. They really do make you feel less stressed very quickly and considering the very reasonable price I think they are an excellent idea.

It relaxes a lot. I'm not a very stressed or nervous person, but I enjoy playing with these balls. It contains a different kind of foam. It is also very difficult to explode. So children can play safely. I never thought I would like a product like this so much.

They're for Xmas so not used properly yet. But I did open just to try. Feel great, and change colour when squeezed. My son has been begging for these for ages. Come in a little box which is good especially when wrapping as gifts. They do have quite a strong smell, but I'd imagine will fade once used a bit.

The multi coloured one is my sons favourite- they are all good although some colours less ‘squishy’ than others.

Very poor quality all four burst without harsh handling!
