-I've received zero incentives for this review.-Great Starter Kit for home remedies & basic self-care .... at a Reasonable Price!Comes in a handy, hard, plastic snap box case.So many complaints that the chart is not in English.~There are Endless Sites & Videos available in English, Free!Filled with Instructions, Charts, Explanations & available Reference Print Outs.~(By the way, 70% of the Diagram Side of the Pamphlet (especially the middle section) has English subtitles for the Basic Points on the Ear.The remaining 30% (top of chart) are technical, medical terms in English which one can easily look up the definition if you need Beyond the Basic Chart section.)~Self-care involves taking the initiative to research & learn the basics on your own with a positive mindset.~If you feel overwhelmed, make an appointment with a skilled professional with years of schooling & experience who can treat your symptoms along with advising you in the basics of care at home in between office visits.TIPS:~Clean the ear skin first before applying patches. Ear surface skin tends to be naturally, slightly oily.I use Witch Hazel (plant based) or Rubbing Alcohol Wipes or Soap & Water.(Witch Hazel = natural remedy from a plant called Hamamelis Virginiana used it to soothe skin problems, reduce swelling & fights bacteria.)I have bulk, 6 year old seed patches. (I ordered this particular kit for the gold-tone ear acupressure point probe.)~If I come across any patches where the adhesive has declined in stickiness, I carefully (at your own risk) warm the seed pack in the microwave, 10 seconds at a time until it refreshes the adhesive.~I have also in the past, added a drop of first aid "liquid bandage" to aid in the bond of the adhesive side.~You can also put a small square (larger than the seed patch) of Medical Paper Tape over it.(When I choose to sleep with the patches on, I often put a strip of Paper Tape covering any patches as I fear lol, a patch coming undone and going into my ear canal while I'm sleeping. In the morning, the Paper Tape easily pulls off from the skin & the seed patches remain adhered, in place, on my ear points.)I looked up online the silver tool as I could'nt figure out the end with the springy coil. It's a massage coil which is nice. The other end is to clean the ear.~I actually use the coil end to help add pressure to aid in adhering the seed patch to my ear and/or move a loose seed back in place on the patch before applying.I will be ordering at least one more kit for a friend to try.

I have only used them once so far, but so far they worked great.

These work I think. The area's of the body that are in need of relief seemed to cause my ear to hurt in those spots. I did get some relief. Somewhat hard to use.

They don't stick. I ended up throwing away all the ear seeds, they crumbled off the plastic sheet with no adhesive on them. The ear seeds from my acupuncturist stick for days. These are a total waste of money.

… I figured why not try it. I am glad I ignored some of the reviews on this. The diagram or ear map is completely in English. The adhesive is good, and this is coming from a person that nothing ever sticks to. I just help this is worth my time.
