I've had to return several other brands of diffusers that stopped working soon after receiving them. And I avoided trying this one since it cost slightly higher than the others. But, I am so glad I eventually bought it! This diffuser has worked exactly as stated right out the box, and I've been using it regularly for months with no trouble. It outputs the same as other diffusers that are bigger and less portable, even in such a small and portable design. I accidentally knocked it over once and thought darn I probably just ruined it. But, nope... Just dried it off with a paper towel and let it sit for a day to air dry in case any water got inside to the electronics. And once dry it started right up like nothing happened and still works great.From one frustrated diffuser user to another: Get this one. Forget the others! I only wish I bought this one sooner.

Arrived on time for my wife. She loves it. Easy to use and a very elegant look and style. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a diffuser. And the size is perfect for even traveling.Will make a great present for any occasion.

The product is packaged nicely and fits perfect in you cup holders. However, the scent was not noticeable at all. I could not see any mist coming out of it, even though it was turned on and the water was being sprayed to the top. For $55, it's a no for me. There are plenty other rechargeable ones on Amazon that work 1000x's better. The only thing that drew this to my attention was bc it was designed to fit in your vehicle's cup holders.

I use the diffuser for about 2 hours unplugged and had to place it back on the charger. I noticed that there was water around it but figured it was because I had moved it to plug it in. I left it overnight to charge, went to get it the next day and when I unplugged it from the wall unit I noticed that the plug was charred.

The battery did not last long at all. It doesn’t hold a large amount of water. So I ended up returning it.KJ

One thing that’s important you have to read directions but I love it!!

Not really cordless when it dies before even finishing one water fill.

I was so excited to get this diffuser and then this happened. Not sure what happened but not risking it either. This could have caused some major damage to my home. Scared the crap out of me. Could have been a lot worse! Now I’m iffy about any diffuser in general.
