Sensoli Cube Oil Burner – Solid Wood with White Ceramic Bowl and Tealight Candle Holder

Mine has caught fire... I would not ever recommend anyone buy this... it was ablaze, I have burnt my fingers, the living room full of smoke, my dog terrified, my sideboard is damaged... I have pictures.

Bought this as a replacement for my all-in-one oil burner. I wanted to find one with a separate bowl so it’s easier to clean. This arrived packaged very well and it looks really good too. The wood is quite nice and the white ceramic bowls work well with the wood from an aesthetic point of view but unfortunately with the first use, the ceramic bowl on top cracked on the base in several places just above the area where the flame from the candle below it is. Very disappointing as I really liked the look of it! I like the look of it but the quality of the ceramics are very poor.

This is a nice burner, I like the appearance of it and it looks good sat on top of my wooden bookcase. The bowl is deep enough to hold sufficient water to burn oil for a couple of hours without having to top up. The height seems to put the candle at a good enough distance to heat the water but not burn the bottom of the bowl. I have used 2, 8 and 10-hour burning candles and they are all just as good with no downside for the burner. Overall, a pleasant burner. I would buy it again.

The bowl holds enough water/scent to last over 4 hrs. It is easy to fill the bowl. The bowl in stable once in the minimalist wooden cube. The only downside was the tealight was quite a long way from the bottom of the bowl, so I put an upturned empty tealight case in the ceramic holder and then put the burning tealight on top of it.

I like it a lot, gives off a nice glow and very easy to replace the candles. SOrry for marking down this review for longevity when I should be moaning at IKEA but their standard 100 pack of tealights have now been reduced to 2.5 hours burn time instead of 4 hours but remain at the same price. Sneaky!
