Falsely advertised as closed (soldered) links. Quoted from description as of today, 6-24-21:"No Open Point Ring Chain: Made of soldered metal iron with no open point between rings, lead free and nickel free, more durable than others, will not break easily."Recieved open link chain, specifically NOT what I wanted, because it is too flimsy for my needs. Returned to Amazon.Buyer beware, only good if you want flimsy open links.

This was perfect for the project I was working on; just the right size links and wonderfully "antiqued" look. Plus it gives me loads of extra chain for other projects!

I hate it! DISLIKE!! As above written, not color displayed, not packaged as displayed. Soooooooooooooooooooooooo DARK,! Inexpensive enough I’ll keep as I don’t want to deal with the hassle to return, but I’m so not happy!! First time I’ve been disappointed in product from Amazon.It’s darker then my photo too!! Your pic look even lighter…….. I wanted normal copper & in normal copper color! You didn’t have any, this (picture you had) was light enough I’d hoped it would work, I also saw the ‘red’ in descriptions, so I ordered one that I thought didn’t say that…..guess it did, but again, the pic was not near the other ‘red’ copper chain you sold! The chain is pretty flimsy. You can pull on it to break the links. But for the price it made a lot of jewelry and with it being so cheap I wasn't expecting amazing quality. Just don't use it for someone who you know is going to be hard on their jewelry or for a little kid.

Chain was NOT black as stated in the title and description. It was more of a gunmetal color. Luckily I was able to return for a refund.

If you're looking for BLACK chain as this is advertised to be, better look further. The order I received is a very shiny silver color. I needed black. I only needed about 18 inches of the chain to go on a ship model I'm building. I soaked a small (about 3 inche) piece of this chain in lacquer thinner and then a couple of hours in Super Blue gun blue...no effect. Probably won't return it, because of the time it would take to re-package it, take it to the post office or UPS, gas usage and traffic. Not worth the $8.00 to me. As far as the chain itself goes, it's probably a good chain.

used the chain to make a really cool windchime for a friend who is a gun collector - they loved it. Super quick turn around and good value all around. I have purchased from this vendor many times, never disappointed.

A bit thinner than expected, but works well for my jewellery making. Can recommend it.
