Great for running
I purchased this product to help prevent blisters while playing ultimate frisbee as I was getting a lot of friction on my heel. This heel protector felt great at my last session, preventing irritation of my heels and actively protecting the latest blisters that had been healing. They felt a little bit slippery but had minimal impact on performance in my cleats. I like that they're easy to put on and that the had good fit for me. I don't know about their lifespan, but they're worth it so far.

Worked like a CHARM!
Listen, i’m not one to leave a review but for this I had to. Have you ever had a pair of Doc Martens? Have they absolutely destroyed the back of your heel? Well this ladies and gents, completely prevents it. I had a pair of Mary Jane’s, and I wanted to wear them for this Gala event that I was volunteering at, I was bussing tables and walking around plenty. When I tell you that there was no pain, and I didn’t feel it rubbing against my ankle I wouldn’t be lying. I could not recommend these enough, ladies and gents if you’re seriously pondering on buying these DO IT! best damn $12 purchase i’ve ever made. Completely worth it.

The gel sock for your heals were easy to put on and comfortable to wear. It should last a long time. Definitely worth the price.

Very Thin and Stretchy
In all fairness, I bought these for hiking as another reviewer said they used these under their socks to keep their heel from slipping. I bought two sizes, large and medium. They just don't work. There are very thin and you can't put your socks on - they roll up and won't stay in place. I bought another brand, Dr. Fred.er.ick, that work for hiking. These are thick, substantial, comfortable, and work. Too late to return these Ballotte Silicone heel protectors.

They do as advertised
Love these definitely wish I had these when I started running. These slide on super easy and provide a good amount of cushion for the slim design. I wear these over my blisters and find they fit well, and help easy the pain when running. I find they are super stretchy and easy to clean, so far the quality is pretty good but I will update in a few months. I would recommend to anyone who is starting a running/fitness journey.

These were a waste of money
I hate it when I think I know better than people that review before me. A lot of people said these move around a lot, but I decided that wouldn’t happen to me, because I’d just put socks over them. Guess who has egg on her face? I tried to use these for my dry heels several times, and no matter what I did, they slipped around. Walking with them on is risky business, because your heel slips around the whole time. Unless you lay perfectly still when you sleep, these will end up upside down, on your calf, or slipping off your toes in the middle of the night.

Save your feet while breaking in your docs
I’ve been struggling trying to break in my leather doc martens for a couple days. I tried all the tricks (minus hair dryer, that’ll ruin your leather) double socks, bandages, maxi pads.. nothing helped. I put these on with just 1 pair of socks and WOW the difference was amazing! Since i have a current sore on my heel I need a bandaid on that but I can’t even feel them with this on. This will SAVE my feet during the break in process. They stay on well without sliding and even help keep my socks up. Very good quality, definitely worth it!!

Save your Money
If you are buying these for a bed ridden person to prevent sores and to have a bit of a cushion, on there heel,, Forget it.. they cut off circulation very tight on top of foot
