Wonderful for mixing
I got this originally for floral paintings, but discovered that it has a wide range of pleasant colors when mixed with others. In the photo I've mixed Lavender with w&n intense blue for the butterfly.

Daniel Smith has the best watercolors ever!
I love this color of lavender. You can mix beautiful sky colors or shadow something with the tint of the lavender. The color is so yummy. A must have for landscapes.

Lovely color
This has some white in it, so not my favorite but still a lovely color. I didn't realize it had white in it when I purchased, but I'm glad I bought it even though it is somewhat opaque.

I don’t usually buy watercolors made with more than one pigment, but this beautiful lavender is so gorgeous. I want to use lots of this color, and I don’t care to mix it myself.
