This time my ornaments came double boxed but that might just be the warehouse packers doing.....I've purchased dozens of other packs from other ads over the years and I very rarely get my ornaments shipped inside another box so there is almost always a couple little cracks or chips somewhere. This was my first purchase of these ones and they came in perfect condition. I wanted to buy my regular ones again this year because I trusted those for quality but all were unavailable at the moment so I had to try another brand.Clarity/quality:Very clear in comparison to local bargain stores. The ones we can buy at local bargain tend to be very thin, brittle, ill fitting and have a wavy look to the plastic unlike the ones I purchase online. Very impressed with the quality and clarity of this purchase.Fit:These do snap perfectly together(I did all 20 to ensure they all fit)....however I DO find them very slightly more difficult to snap together than previous purchases. Still far better than local bargain stores.Cost:Much the same quality of the local popular craft store that sells them individually and only when in season... but these are nearly half the price of those and at buyers convenience online.I loved them so much I purchased a second box as soon as I completed inspecting them. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good clear ornament at a good price.These came stacked in 4 clear packages with instruction booklet, boxed, and then double boxed with a bit of brown paper. Alot of the time when I read the description of an ad or view the images provided...I am unsure of when they say number of pieces if that means counting each half as a piece or full ornament (I have purchased one once that said 20 pieces but was only 10 ornaments as they counted each half as a piece.....this purchase included a full 40 pieces making 20 complete round ornaments :)
