The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. I started taking one every morning from 1st March and noticed a difference within the first week of taking them, Morning Glory every day! This is not the first time I buy products from this company and I am always satisfied with the speed of delivery and quality. I ordered MACA according to reviews on the Internet and did not regret it. From the first appointment I felt a surge of energy and strength, this is the main thing for me. It's hard to know if supplements are any good or not. Most of us don't have access to a lab to see what's actually in the tablet, it could be sawdust! So with that in mind, going on the ingredients on the bottle and what they look like, these tablets look good value. If I notice any genuine effect after taking them for a while, I will update my review.

I brought these as I read Maca helps give you more energy. However after taking these for over a month, the supplement brought on my period 2 weeks back to back. After googling this is a common side effect. So consider before purchasing. I now no longer take them and the regulatory of periods are back to normal.

Have purchased this product a few times and believe it works and has benefits for both myself and my husband. The product itself I would give 5/5. The reason for the 2/5 is that they have changed the bottle size from 180 capsules to only 90 and increased the price. It has also been done sneakily as the title still states 180 when this review is written (08/12/24), but the photo, description and the order I'm returning are all 90. Edit - I have increased the rating to 3 star as the product itself is very good, it's just the price point is not, in my opinion, anymore. However, the customer service from Superself has been excellent.

I decided to try this product for hormone blance and it works. 180 capsules for the price worth it! ( so it’s a 6 month supply)I’ve been taking it for 3 months now and started to take 2 capsules instead of 1 in the past one month. My skin is still clean and clear, I have less body hair and also less hair on my chin and around my lip area, which is a major change for me! Also I always had problems with the regularity of my periods and first time in my life I got my period on the 29th day instead of 33+ days. I’m very happy with it.
