I love the concept of 3 different brew options, in reality the Nespresso pods and k-cups work but the custom re-usable pod does not. I actually was looking forward for this option as well. When I requested a replacement re-usable pod I was denied. Sad. A good quality machine tainted by poor and un-professional service.

Unit works better than all Keurig and Nespresso machines we’ve ever had. Simple to use and able to boil water very quickly. Unit looks good and is very quiet. Impressed by quality and finish.

Arrived mishandled and broken. Cannot be used as the broken piece was on the water tank and the side was roughed up and scratched. It was clearly mishandled.Waiting for the replacement... hopefully it arrives in a better state.

Really wanted to love this machine. I've used different kcups, Nespresso pods and every coffee is absolutely awful. Unfortunately will be returning

Only 2 weeks after purchase the product failed to perform. None of buttons work, it just stopped. I followed all the care instructions and not letting it soaked woth water whatsoeverI own instantpot, instant cafe, soud vide...and all spoke for great quality but apprently this instant froth NOTbuy something else!
