Much better than sugary gels
These are great for a burst of energy especially cycling. Stomach doesn’t feel bad after. Tastes great and is much more natural than gooey sugar gels.

Great for runners who can't have too much sugar/carbs
As a post gastric bypass runner, I cannot tolerate the super sweet gels with all the artificial stuff in them. And I can't have a lot of sugar.It has taken me some time to find a supplement that I can tolerate that also fuels my endurance runs.This product hits both marks. And tastes pretty good, too. Not too sweet, perfect for my tiny, sensitive stomach.

REAL food
Finally a source of real food that is easily digestible, provides solid energy and doesn’t break down quickly like simple sugars giving you a sustained energy source. I’ve been using these for multiple years now.

Try before you buy? Did not like the flavor at all
I have tried other spring energy Flavors before, so I went ahead and got 24 pack. How bad could it be? Boy do I wish I tried one before. Absolutely did not like the consistency or flavor, now I have 23… I wished I did not spend $60 before trying the flavor. So I recommend buying the sampler before getting a full pack.
