I'd like to know the overall length/width of the plate; and the internal "pocket" to see if it will fit the pressure switch I have.

Overall it's 4.5" long and 1" wide. The pressure switch 'compartment' per se is about 3" long and about 3/4ths of an inch wide. It won't fit pressure switches for my Fenix flashlights for example...at least not unless I cut away part on the side so that the switch can fit. I can't find anything specific for pressure switches other than for some Surefire brand lights and switches, unfortunately, so customization may be the way we have to go.

Will this fit key mod as well?

It will not fit key mod. Would not fit my switch either.

Would this fit on a Fyland Tactical 1200 pressure pad ?

This is cut for an Insight style tapeswitch only

Will this work for a dbal pressure switch?

I’m not sure, I can tell you that my dual pressure switch was too skinny for the opening. I ended up making an aluminum spacer they the Magpul mounting plate clamped down on, and then attached the switch to that.
