I play volleyball with this on. I have German made one 10 times the price of it and it feels almost the same. Good quality for the money.

Minimizing back pain.

Wish I could give a 4.5 Stars as its Almost perfect. I have a enlarged disc in my lower back and I have to be really careful if I go to the gym and workout. I am doing half the weight, but at twice the reps, to not strain my back. This belt works great and really helped me to protect my back muscles and stay in proper position. I think I will take it with me hiking next time I go to help with not hurting my back going up steep hills.It seems to fit better and is more adjustable than the old-school thick leather belts muscle builders use that just have one belt buckle. This has 3 points to adjust for comfort and tightening to keep it in place and hold the muscles in place with a hard shell right over the lower spine.My only grip are the colors, its kind of a boring grey and a bit lame looking, and with my vanity, I had to wear it under my shirt at the gym. Also the bright green zipper is not my style. I like the idea of an extra pocket, but just not the neon green zip. If it looked better, or was all black, I would wear it over my shirt with pride. But at this point I will settle with hiding it under my shirt and look just a bit weird with the bulging underneath. Protecting my back and staying healthy is the number 1 priority and this does the job better than I expected.

Would you believe me if I told you I was tearing up with happiness after putting it on and wearing it for only a few hours? Well its true! I actually received this on Sunday. Opened it and had my husband help me place it properly. I have had sciatica and piriformis syndrome for a while now. I tried pain killers (killed my stomach), tens machine (helps a lot), Chiropractor (helped the lower back area and gave me great advice) enzymes (worked with the inflammation) lumbar pillows, exercises (helps a little, I was told to strengthen my core) BUT none of the above helped with my posture, the shooting pain down my leg and the pain when sitting and walking long distances until I put this on. Wearing this was the first time I didn't have shooting pain down my leg when bending over or squatting down. Sitting watching TV wasn't painful like it usually is without the brace. I was able to drive without discomfort! This brace fit comfortably under my clothes and didn't make me sweat at all. I was extremely surprised by the relief it gave me. I am able to move better all together with this. I am so glad I decided to give it a try.

I have S-curve Scoliosis and old back injuries, so back pain(particularly lower back pain) is a daily thing for me. I've found back support belts to be helpful for me, especially during workouts or when lifting things so I decided to try out one of these new designs with the lumbar support rods. I have to say I've found it quite helpful and this back brace is comfortable to wear, even for hours at a time. The breathable mesh prevents sweat from pooling up your skin, but you will want to wash it if you sweat in it much.

I use this for working out as I hurt my back before and working out without any type of supports keeps me in pain and makes me unable to work out. This is a nice brace that keeps my back from hurting and letting me keep doing my workout with no issue. It is adjustable to make sure it is a comfortable fit. Love it.
