Great Product!
Posters are great and don't easily bend. And the examples of the people doing the exercises are all professional.All in all, it's a very great deal!Compared to having to pay for a professional trainer, this is a great bargain!

Outstanding Workout Illustrations
I love the workout illustrations. I use this in my garage gym. When I want to workout on a specific body group or equipment, I just look at the poster on the wall for the exercise. It can't get any better than this. It is worth the money.

Duplicate poster.
Posters are decent, but I didn't get the stretching poster and got a duplicate dumbbell. It's not even a Dumbbell Volume 2 like I saw in another review. After getting these, I laid them flat between a stack of mirrors and didn't pay any attention to them until today when I went to hang them. I'm disappointed about the duplicate poster and wish I would had checked them when they came in. The posters are large and appear to be durable, so that's a plus.
