Very nice package of bread making accessories.

The description clearly states metal scraper and the scraper in the pics looks nice and matches the bowls. So why did I get a plastic scraper? With no handle?

I use these for making homemade sourdough bread, and they work great! I think this is the perfect beginner set for someone wanting to make their own bread. I would definitely recommend.

Has the all tools a bread maker needs or wants. The proofing basket is just the right size. And the bench scrapper is perfect.

So, you want to start making artisan bread? This is a good set to start with. The Danish dough stirrer (or whatever you call it) comes in handy when you are just starting a dough and before you knead it. You prove the bread in the basket thingys, but don't bake in those. If you let them rise in these containers at the last rise the loaves will keep these shapes. I also recommend an electronic stand mixer with a dough hook because you need to knead the dough for at least 8 minutes or maybe 10 minutes to get the right consistency. If you don't need this long you won't get a great loaf. Once I started using the bread dough hook, my bread is now beautiful! Another technique some use is to use a Dutch Oven to bake the big loaf in (the bowl basket) with the lid on. Baking bread is such a wonderful thing -- fresh baked bread makes your home smell so good and it is truly a gift from the heart. This set will start you on your way.

Lo principal fue que a mi papá le encantó! Lo que más le hace feliz ahora que está retirado es hacernos pan, el tenía mucho buscándolo por su calidad por los accesorios. Bueno, pues me pareció un pequeño presente de navidad perfecto que fue la cereza del pastel. Está encantado y no sé si es él o el producto pero la calidad de su pan es excelente, definitivamente una muy buena compra ♥️

Las cestas están muy bien, al igual que la mezcladora y las raquetas solo el porta hoja esta muy endeble
