I bought it in 2020. Its been working fine since then. My 8 month old Granddaughter enjoys watching Nursery Rhymes on YouTube now.The remote stopped working 3 days ago. I changed the batteries even did all the troubleshooting as given in the Help and FAQs but it wouldn't work.Since it is out of warranty, I called Alexa Help. The Telephone operator guided me step by step including sharing my screen. Then he guided me to use the FireTV App, and troubleshoot the Remote, till it started working again.Excellent Service ... Really Happy. 10/10

Purchased this 4K fire stick at 2999 in July prime sale. The function and streaming quality is excellent, it does upscale resolution though my TV isn't 4K. Easy setup and voice recognition works flawless. Once config completed, TV On/Off can be done by firestick. menu has good interface and there are 50++ apps. Besides Amazon prime and music I have installed SonyLiv, Hotstar Disney+(yes very much available) Zee, Discovery+, MX player, Jio Cinema, Republic News, NDTV news and CultFir app. Now comes trouble....the remote itself. After 25 days, the remote sometimes doesn't function some keys . Happened thrice in a month. Features like volume control+-, back, switch off. Initially I thought coz of batteries but after seeing many users complain the same, even my remote also acting insane at times . Amazon technology team must fix this with an update at the earliest, if this is something to do with software.
