Much better quality & support
The lumbar cushion is a game changer for me with sitting. I have scoliosis and there is always a limit to what physio, movement and massage can do to ease my back pain. It particularly flares up if I sit for long. The cushion has really helped.

Comes with no instructions, leave for at least 24 hours so it forms properly.
Item comes vacuum packed with no instructions. When opening the product it is unusable as it’s reduced by the vacuum packing, leave it at least 24 hours to expand and form its proper shape. After that works well.

This back support is so comfortable a have it strapped to my recliner have noticed a big difference only thing would be better if supported entire back not just lumber
