This machine failed within 2 months on 2 occasions. I was told it was faulty bearings. It atarted out fine but with normal use over a couple of months fialed so it could not be used at all - starting with getting very noisy and then seizing up almost completely.On the first occasiuon I was persuaded to get a new machine. The customer sercvice was appalling and it took 3 months to arrnage the old machine to be collected and a new delivered. It also took a massive amount of time for them to agree to refund £79 that I paid for assembly of the fasiled machine as I would need to pay to get the next machine assembled as well.After all this the firm offered another £70 if I removed my last poor review of the first machine. I hoped it was an issue with one machine and I agreed and duly removed the review.However it was not a one off. Exactly the same happened with the next machine. This time the company was quicker to respond and agreed to refund me. BUT they will onyl refund the cost of the item that failed twice and not the assembly fees I paid as "You decided to pay for assembly yourself". Yes because I am not good that that and only because I bought the mahine and wanted it to work and to execrise on it for more than a couple of months!!They then deducted the sums they had already repaid for the first assemlby and refuse to compensate for the assemly of the second machine and also deducted the further goodwill payment and only paid back about £5 less than the cost of the machine that was defective.This company have provided 2 faulty machines - I have had a working machine for about 3 months and it has taken. a year to get a refund EXCLUDING the costs I added to assemble the faulty item. Spent hours trying to sort - waited with a boxed up machine for about 3 months in total and have not had the exercise I intended.In short - avoid this machine and company and the plague!!!

Quest'ordine è stato bizzarro: ordinato il 3 nov 2022 entro su Prime e x 2 volte mi indirizza sul venditore Sportstech stesso prezzo totale, ma varia data di consegna. Ripeto e mi d sempre stessa cosa così, ordino su sportstech. Scatolone usato e ricucito e i pezzi si vede , sebbene imballati bene. seguendo video su youtube perchè da manuale impossibile. Arrivata allo step 3 c'è il dramma: la vite che dall'asta mobile collega il pezzo del volano nella parte posteriore NON riesco a farla entrare, parrebbe troppo grande. Ho dovuto chiare una persona per continuare il montaggio, stavo per rinunciare. AI coperchi anteriori sono state invertite le lettere L e R. Nel complesso accettabile.

Buscaba una Elíptica con los criterios siguientes: que no superara los 400€ , utilizarla a diario en casa (unos 20 min.), que no fuese demasiado grande pero que fuese estable, que no pesara demasiado para poder moverla y con pantalla para medición de distancia, tiempo y pulso cardiaco. La selección no fue facil, busque comparativas por internet y cada una daba su opinión y no siempre coincidian. Al final, con dudas, me decidí por la marca Sporstech y por su modelo CX608, precio 408€ (2022 Marzo). Conclusión: El montaje me llevó mas de 3 horas. Se mueve un poco, pero es que si se quiere que no se mueva y tenga estabilidad de gimnasio hay que comprar otra elíptica de mucho mas envergadura y peso y mas de 1.000 € , por tanto para mi uso y en casa es perfecta. Los materiales son de calidad y está bien diseñada. Importante: una tuerca y una rueda venían un poco deterioradas, pedí el recambio al proveedor y me llegó en menos de 2 semanas (teniendo en cuenta que viene de Alemania me parece muy correcto y serio). La volveria a comprar.

Tarda un poco en llegar desde Alemania. Posiblemente fabriquen bajo pedido.Siguiendo las instrucciones es fácil de montar. A la semana de uso, hace falta volver a apretar tornillos puede hacer algo de ruido antes de reapretar después es silenciosaVer en internet vídeo con instrucciones de montaje. No saltarse ningún paso, cuidado con la izquierda y la derecha no confundirse.

La elíptica, funcionó correctamente, hasta los 4 meses, donde falló el mecanismo de la rueda de inercia, en la que se debió soltar un fleje o muelle... Mí peripecia, comienza cuando intento que apliquen la garantía del artículo y viendo que la compañía (externa a Amazon), no me da solución, empiezo a presionar a Amazon como responsables subsidiarios al ser los intermediarios de la venta en su web... Amazon, se desentiende, diciendo que ellos no dan garantía de productos de empresas externas, pero que intentará mandarles un mensaje, para que se pongan en contacto conmigo.... Pues esto, se repite, al menos en 10 ocasiones, durante varios meses... Me van dando largas, diciendo que les envíe un video de la avería, que el departamento técnico lo está estudiando, que están mirando cual es la mejor solución.... Total, que empezábamos a perder la esperanza de recuperar el dinero o que nos reparasen la elíptica.Cómo digo, después de muchos mensajes y llamadas, consigo que me den una solución y me dicen desde la empresa Alemana vía telefónica, que les envíe desmontada la elíptica, que encuanto la reciban, me envían una nueva y además, si quito las reseñas negativas, me compensarán por las molestias con un cheque de 50€, en Amazon... Al final, me reintegraron lo que pagué por la elíptica, pero de cheque nada... Una peripecia de muchos meses, pero muy muy desagradable todo el trastorno que nos supuso la solución final... Mí consejo, es que no os arriesgueis y ciertos artículos como este, que tienen un precio considerable, lo compréis en tienda física o al menos en España, donde podáis hacer reclamaciones más directas...Conclusión, no volvería a comprar en esta tienda y no lo aconsejo.

Me llego hace un par de semanas, el montaje no es complicado, además hay un video donde siguen todos los pasos. Me la he comprado para iniciarme en el deporte y me parece muy estable y silenciosa, fácil y cómoda de utilizar.100% recomendable.Y.U.G.
