Picture shows european plug. is this with a us plug for 110 voltage?

I noticed the same thing when I ordered mine. Mine did come with a standard US two prong plug for 110v.

What country is it manufactured?

I use it with my 6hp shopvac that I plumbed with 2" sch 40 and made any adaptors I needed from 2" plumbing fittings and a heat gun if needed the centec hose end fits almost perfectly in 2" fitting I went around the vac hose once with the fuzzy side of velcro and it fits great. I could have heated the pvc and shrunk it to fit but the velcro was easy and I had some laying around. Mine is a more dedicated use If I was going to be pulling the vacuum around by the hose I would shrink fit the pvc for more secure fitting.
