Glutathione is said to be a very powerful antioxidant. It has anti aging and skin lightening abilities. This supplement offers a high dose of glutathione. I think that there seems to be some brightening in my skin. It looks brighter and feels young and healthy. I like this supplement. It is easy to take. I also take a high dose vitamin c supplement with it. I read that they need each other (glutathione and vitamin c) to work effectively. Without a high dose of vitamin c, glutathione supposedly does not do much on its own, but it is easy to find high dose vitamin c supplements on amazon. I think that i will continue to take this supplement.

Ever since my esthetician recommended taking Glutathione to deal with my skin condition, I have been religiously taking them for over 5 years now. For your information, my skin gets sunburned easily and breaks out periodically due to hormonal change. I have tried about 5-6 different brands so far and I usually stick to the one that works the best I feel. But I don’t mind trying the new brands and everytime the program gives me an option, I don’t hesitate to try it out.I want to point out though, the main reason for taking Glutathione is to take care of the overall condition of my skin rather than whitening. So my review is not about how effectively this one whitens the skin or not. However, if our skin gets cleared up and heals after sun exposure that we obviously cannot avoid completely, it obviously will help with the whitening process as well.Because I have been taking Glutathione for over 5 years, I don’t expect to see any major change just because I change brands.To add, If you are taking Glutathione for whitening effect, many experts and reviews recommend for you to take with ample vitamin C. (I think I drink lots of lemon water and it might have played a role without my intention). I have not experienced any side effects from this one, and almost finished a whole bottle. Again, no dramatic change compared to ones from other brands either. Because it is definitely case by case, you should always be alert to how your body reacts to any new supplements!

I could say its perfect coz my skin after 1 week removes the black spot

After a severe allergic reaction caused a rash all over my body I was left with discoloration on my chest, arms, and legs. I still looked splotchy. I just started my 2nd bottle and my legs and arms are completely clear and only a few patches left on my chest! I’m so glad this worked.
