Review: Works Good - I like this case. I just need it for the keyboard. It is supposed to light up but I don’t know how it does that. HAHA I just figured that out. I’ve had it for a couple of years. It protects my I Pad. Charges easy.
Review: Very Useful, Wonderful Customer Service, Must Be Gentle - The product is perfect for the Ipad in terms of utilizing it for working purposes or if you are just someone who is frequently typing. The keyboard has a great feel to it and it is a nice touch that you are able to change the color and brightness of the keyboard backlight. I will admit that the case itself is quite heavy and should be used with care (aka don't open, close and/or turn the screen part of the case with much force) as the screen and keyboard parts will break and separate if it is handled aggressively. Basically, if you were to be using this for a child ( I would NOT buy this case for anyone under the age of 7 if they are rough with their belongings) who needs to have this type of case for an IPad being used for schoolwork, make sure that you explain to your child that they need to be gentle with the screen part of the case or it is fast to break apart, rendering the keyboard useless and the reason for having the case is null and void. Also, the shell scratches quite easily, so if this is something that bothers you, I wouldn't recommend this particular case unless you could find some kind of clear protector to go around the case (like a sticky protector or something). However, the customer service for the company who makes/distributes this case is wonderful! They responded to my request for a replacement case when my daughter's case split the screen attachment from the keyboard almost immediately and resolved the problem within a matter of days. They sent out a brand new case basically within a day of receiving the invoice/purchase information and they were extremely amenable and kind during the entire process. Overall, after using this case for a few weeks and learning about the case's few flaws, as well as my experience with customer service when in need of a replacement case, I would definitely recommend this case to a friend and buy from this company again.

The product is perfect for the Ipad in terms of utilizing it for working purposes or if you are just someone who is frequently typing. Also, the shell scratches quite easily, so if this is something that bothers you, I wouldn't recommend this particular case unless you could find some kind of clear protector to go around the case (like a sticky protector or something). However, the customer service for the company who makes/distributes this case is wonderful! They responded to my request for a replacement case when my daughter's case split the screen attachment from the keyboard almost immediately and resolved the problem within a matter of days. They sent out a brand new case basically within a day of receiving the invoice/purchase information and they were extremely amenable and kind during the entire process. Overall, after using this case for a few weeks and learning about the case's few flaws, as well as my experience with customer service when in need of a replacement case, I would definitely recommend this case to a friend and buy from this company again.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Significant delay for keyboard to connect every time you turn it on

Case as a protective measure is good. There is a significant delay when I turn the keyboard on for it to connect. It takes typing one key 5 times before the keyboard will connect. This delay makes this keyboard non-functional for my fast paced needs. Everything else works good and it does come with a little keyboard shortcut sticker but the delay is just too great for me to utilize this case. I will need to find another case.
