Though, the build quality is great. However, a word of caution for those with latest Macbook with M1 chip inside. caution. this would not work for dual display setup. for that you need a Hub with DisplayLink Support. As of yet no HyperDrive product comes with it. for Older Macbook and/or for those with latest Intel Chip. this will work perfectly.Wish I had known this earlier.

It's a known fact that MST is not supported in MAC(i.e you cannot extend two monitors on a single port).This connects to two ports and everything is smooth, However I wish it had an extra USB port ( atleast 2.0 ones)PROS- Very good looking- smooth workingCONS- a bit expensive- always hot ( although it's designed to dissapiate heat this way, so no issues Just a weird design)- only supports 60W charging ( Although I use a dedicated port for charging MAC)

Ha funcionado bien durante 2 meses conectado a mi macbook pro, luego se acabó. Tenía la cámara y el teclado conectados vía usb y una pantalla externa vía hdmi. Además recibía la corriente por el puerto usb-c. Ha dejado de funcionar de repente y ahora tengo un ladrillo de 100€. Nunca más compro esta marca.

there is nothing bad in the product but it is not of my use I realise when I was not able to use dual monitor with MacBook m1 and it was not written in front . just return It do not replace with another one. please

Bought it after seeing good reviews but actually it didn’t worked for my iPad Pro 2020. It was slow and iPad wasn’t able to detect this extension port. There was some problemI am using Belkin now and it is fantastic.This Hyperdrive is overrated and overpriced.
