I am sending this as a gift, does it come with easy to follow instructions?

Yes! The instructions are easy to follow. The bigger gems and the color coded stickers make the activity fun and simple with a great finished product they will enjoy.

Are the dimonds on a good size ,not tiny?

No They actually a good size reverie easy to put on and they stick very good for a very long time it’s worth your money and they’re so beautiful

Is this good for a 3 year old?

Not really. The parts are small and need a steady hand to put onto the correct color. I would think 5 years old with help would be safest and more enjoyable.
