It's comfortable which allows me to crunches longer and pull more weight. I don't know how people are breaking these. I pulled 150lbs with no problem with no stress on the handles or strap. It's well made. They must be slamming it. I do my crunches fairly slow and really work my abs. Got a great burn. Very happy with this purchase. We'll see how it does in the long run. Even if it does break down, it's so cheap to replace.

A: I wear medium gloves.  When I grip the hand-grips, my thumb comes around to the distal joint of my middle finger.  It’s a very comfortable grip.

I've been looking for an attachment to use on my home workout station and this fit the bill perfectly! It's comfortable which allows me to crunches longer and pull more weight.
